Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:

Be proficient with SAP (subject matter expert) with the ability to work through any SAP challenges that arise. Be a coach/teacher to anyone that needs additional training.
Review folders to assure paperwork is all there, close out process folders at end of runs
Provide feedback to supervision for areas of improvement opportunities with employees & SAP transactions.
Monitor open process orders both on operations side and scheduling side
Provide feedback to support, teach, guide supervision to determine how to correct SAP discrepancies on the production floor real time vs once a folder is turned in
Evaluate operational processes & practices, recommend & execute improvement plans to eliminate non value added practices, generate more self-sustaining robust procedures.
Collect data to direct focus for improvement of line efficiencies, reduction in waste material, and reduction in held product.
Develop & execute plans & processes that will drive out lost efficiencies and waste and held product.
Support CI initiatives providing support data & input as required
Support Finance dept. with providing support data and input as required
Support Operations to promote a zero loss culture & drive out loss.
Complete reporting & distribution of required documentation, daily, weekly & monthly
Answer queries related to Production runs
Adjust production output errors and communicate to appropriate supervisor & production for follow up
Skills, Experience and Education:
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (List all required):
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively communicate with employees.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, including decimals and fractions.
Simple use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules, wiring diagrams, computer scanning devices, adjustable measuring instruments.
Have working knowledge of SAP
Check reports, forms, records and comparable data, where interpretation requires basic skills knowledge.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
GMP and Safety Certification, Haccp Certification, Forklift/Raymond Certification.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
