Responsibilities:
- Operate brewing equipment and machinery to produce high-quality craft beer - Follow standard operating procedures and recipes to ensure consistency in product quality - Monitor fermentation process and make necessary adjustments as needed - Clean and sanitize brewing equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment - Collaborate with the brewing team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones - Conduct quality control checks throughout the brewing process to ensure product meets specifications - Maintain accurate records of brewing activities, including ingredient usage, batch yields, and quality control data
Experience:
- Previous experience in a brewery or similar production environment preferred - Knowledge of brewing processes, equipment, and ingredients - Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) guidelines - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on brewing equipment - Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely - Understanding of food safety regulations in the brewing industry Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions - Passion for craft beer and knowledge of different beer styles - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments We offer competitive pay based on experience.
