What You'll Do at Pega:
Set up and deploy email campaigns to support strategic marketing programs Edit and upload carefully constructed HTML emails with adherence to best practices Learn to set up Next Best Action emails in Pegas advanced marketing platform (Customer Decision Hub) Setup, monitor, and report on a/b tests to optimize marketing emails Monitor campaign timing, targeting, and performance Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML, list segmentation and email execution Become an email marketing expert, providing guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders Maintain email campaigns, html email content, images, and offer details in an organized and consistent manner using Pegas Customer Decision Hub Design and implement automated email campaigns using Pegas advanced artificial intelligence capabilities Provide regular feedback to Customer Decision Hub Product Teams to suggest feature enhancements and bug fixes Participate in the testing of new marketing application features Who You Are:

What You've Accomplished:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, statistics or similar discipline 0-2 years experience in a marketing role Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to produce quality work in a timely manner Experience with marketing automation platforms preferred but not required Basic HTML experience required Demonstrated professionalism and strong attention to detail Pega Offers You:
