Job Description:
The Construction MC Specialist is responsible for inspecting construction job sites to ensure that the correct materials have been ordered and delivered to worksites.
The MC Specialist will walk residential construction sites and compare the amount of material delivered is accurate with the amount needed for the project.
Reporting back to management this information and any discrepancies that may be found.
Responsibilities:
The MC Specialist responsibilities include inspecting materials on construction worksites to ensure quality and quantity are correct with order and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures.
The MC Specialist provides quality support to projects from the planning phase to project completion.
They will ensure that the correct materials have been ordered and delivered to construction sites and will report this information and any discrepancies to management upon completion of walk through.
Will be responsible for creating a field report for every location worked at and submitting field reports to management on the same day.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent collaboration, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and people skills.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have and ability to prioritize workload.
Interior trim product knowledge a plus, but not required.
Ability to read plans / blueprints a plus, but not required.
Ability to work within deadlines and establish customer relationships required.
