We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team.
As a Carpenter/Laborer, you will be responsible for various construction and carpentry tasks.
This is a hands-on role that requires experience in plumb, fixture installation, schematics, cabinet installation, siding, mold remediation, build, frame carpentry, and construction painting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work including framing, installing fixtures, and cabinet installation - Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate construction - Install siding and perform mold remediation as needed - Assist with general labor tasks such as lifting and moving materials - Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and within budget - Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Laborer in the construction industry - Proficient in plumb, fixture installation, schematics, cabinet installation, siding, mold remediation, build, frame carpentry, and construction painting - Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques - Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team We offer competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
