The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler at the Cambridge location ensures that proven maintenance planning/scheduling methods/techniques are used to maximize system availability, throughput, quality, safety, and environmental performance by reducing equipment repair time.
Essential functions include, but not limited to:
Facilitating development of the weekly maintenance schedule in conjunction with appropriate maintenance, operations, and engineering personnel Assuming responsibility for consistency of format for all job plans and work lists Managing the PM program on a daily basis Ensuring that new equipment information, parts, PM's, etc.
, is properly captured in SAP prior to start-up Working with Reliability Leader and Storeroom to ensure that spares are stocked at appropriate levels Managing the timing and SAP system output for PM and PdM work Developing the master plan for outages/turnarounds Assisting with Bill of Material (BOMs) updates Managing the life of Notifications/Work Orders:
Helping to maintain the equipment hierarchy in SAP Ensuring data integrity is upheld in all maintenance related data in SAP Important Details:
This is a full-time on-site role, 5% travel required About You:

2-year degree in relevant technical area and/or 7
years of relevant experience as a maintenance craft in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling principles Demonstrated leadership skills Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills Experience in a a GMP/FDA environment Proficient computer skills including:
